Amber light is known for its overall calming and rejuvenating benefits. Computer screens, cellphones, tablets, etc are all sources of blue light- which will disrupt the sleep by blocking the production of the sleep hormone – melatonin.
SomniLight Amber Sleep Lamp uses specially designed LEDs to have an effect similar to the candlelight.
